1. Seller Registration

To become a seller on Digital Orivoxkart, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid bank account in India
• Provide accurate business and personal information
• Have valid tax identification (GST/PAN)
• Agree to these seller terms and conditions

2. Product Requirements

All products listed on our platform must:

• Be your original work or have proper licensing rights
• Not infringe on any intellectual property rights
• Be accurately described with clear specifications
• Include appropriate previews or screenshots
• Be free from viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Product Approval

All products are subject to review by our admin team before being published. We reserve the right to reject any product that:

• Violates our content policies
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains misleading or false information
• Does not meet quality standards
• Violates any applicable laws

4. Pricing and Payments

Sellers must:

• Set competitive and fair prices for their products
• Clearly display any discounts or promotional pricing
• Not engage in price manipulation or fraud
• Accept the platform commission rate (10%)
• Provide accurate tax information for compliance

5. Commission and Earnings

Commission structure:

• Platform commission: 10% of each sale
• Seller receives: 90% of each sale
• Earnings are credited to seller account after successful payment
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹500
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5-7 business days

6. Customer Support

Sellers are expected to:

• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
• Provide after-sales support for their products
• Address customer complaints professionally
• Honor refund requests when appropriate
• Maintain a professional communication standard

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Sellers must:

• Own or have valid licenses for all products they sell
• Not sell pirated, cracked, or illegally obtained content
• Respect copyright, trademark, and patent laws
• Provide proper attribution where required
• Indicate the license type for each product (commercial, personal, etc.)

8. Prohibited Activities

Sellers are prohibited from:

• Selling illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions
• Manipulating reviews or ratings
• Copying other sellers' products or descriptions
• Using the platform for money laundering
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent activities
• Repeated customer complaints
• Intellectual property infringement
• Non-payment of platform fees or taxes
• Any conduct that harms the platform's reputation

10. Tax Compliance

Sellers are responsible for:

• Registering for GST if applicable
• Paying all applicable taxes on their earnings
• Providing accurate tax information
• Maintaining proper financial records
• Complying with all tax laws and regulations

11. Liability and Indemnification

Sellers agree to:

• Indemnify Digital Orivoxkart for any claims arising from their products
• Take full responsibility for product quality and functionality
• Resolve customer disputes directly when possible
• Not hold Digital Orivoxkart liable for third-party actions

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these seller terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
